Decent, but delivery was slow

I bought some 养生茶 and a 刮痧板. The products themselves seem high quality, the tea tastes good and the gua sha board is smooth. The website was easy enough to navigate. However, delivery took longer than I expected, around 8 days, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Good products, but shipping could be faster.

Good products, slow delivery

I bought a 经络按摩仪 and some 艾条 from Wei Zheng. The massage tool works as described and the艾条 are good quality. My only real complaint was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to arrive, which felt a bit long. The tracking information was also not updated very often. Once it got here though, I was happy with the items. The pricing was fair, but the delivery could be improved.

Reliable as always

I've bought from Wei Zheng several times now, mostly for their 养生茶 and 枸杞. This order was no different. The quality of the tea was consistent with my previous purchases, and the枸杞 arrived fresh. Shipping was quicker this time, got it in 3 days. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting.

Great quality 养生茶!

I ordered some 养生茶 last week and it was wonderful! The packaging was nice, and the tea itself tasted very fresh. Shipping was quicker than I expected for an international order, only took about 8 days to get to me in California. I will definitely be buying from Wei Zheng again. Planning to tell my friends about them too!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third time ordering from Wei Zheng, and they've been consistent every time. I got some 灵芝 and 养生壶 this order. Just like my previous purchases of 蜂蜜 and 人参, the quality was high and everything arrived well-packaged. I appreciate that I can rely on them for these traditional items. The website is easy to navigate, and checkout is always smooth. Good to know what to expect.

Good value for first order

I was looking for some 枸杞 and saw Wei Zheng offered a first-order discount. It definitely made the price more appealing compared to other stores. Got a decent amount for what I paid. Shipping was okay, took about 5 days to get to me. Overall, a solid first purchase that felt worth the money.

Reliable for 艾灸产品

This isn't my first time ordering from Wei Zheng. I've bought 艾灸产品 from them several times now, and they're consistently good. This last order for some 艾条 and an 艾灸盒 was just as smooth as previous ones. The quality of their products is dependable, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was pretty standard, arrived in about a week. It's nice to have a go-to for these items.

Good products, slow shipping

I ordered a 养生壶 and some 艾条. The 养生壶 works great, heats up fast, and feels sturdy. The 艾条 also seemed high quality. My only real complaint was the shipping speed. It took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it still took a while. Overall, good value for the products, just wish delivery was faster.
